Paganism never did disappear or never was relegated to a thing of the past . It was merely revamped and does unfortunately still exist remaining largely hidden from the mass public psyche in the guise of an imposed correct or right common thought process . This main characteristic of the pagan mentality is easily detected and seen by the more discerning and individualistic mind because this correctness and rightness aspect will eventually manifest as limitation and restriction with endless ritual providing its protective shield .
Human rights law which should be substituted by human right law ( because there is only one humanity ) does form a conceptualised diversion . This is best shown by an example . Apparently those who are imprisoned should have prisoners rights . Upon a cursory glance this premise would be deemed correct or right and thereby very reasonable in accordance with human rights law but prisons and imprisonment should not exist in the first instance so in accord with human right law having no prisons any subsequent arising law in regard to prisons shall become unnecessary and thus will allow all prisoners rights law to serve in upholding the false concept and notion of prison and imprisonment in the general sense .
Every nation in the world ( aside from the Vatican which could not possibly be considered a true nation ) does utilise the concept of imprisonment . Those few small nations without a physical prison have arrangements with neighbouring larger nations to accommodate and house their prisoners so these larger nations do act as a host for the smaller nations in this regard . The court system and the police along with the ever growing contingent of private company security personnel ( who act as monitors for the police ) are extremely dependent upon prisons and the erroneous concept of imprisonment to justify their lowly existence .
